1. Do you accept concrete, bricks, and dirt?

Yes, we accept masonry materials, including concrete, bricks, and dirt, in our 10-yard and 20-yard dumpsters. These materials are heavy, and smaller dumpsters are better suited for safe transport and disposal.

2. Why are masonry materials limited to 10-yard and 20-yard dumpsters?

Masonry materials like concrete, bricks, and dirt are extremely dense and can quickly exceed weight limits if placed in larger dumpsters. To ensure safe handling and transportation, we only allow these materials in 10-yard and 20-yard containers.

3. What types of masonry materials can I dispose of?

We accept the following:

• Clean concrete (with or without rebar Additional Fees may apply)

• Dirt and soil (free of contaminants)

• Bricks and asphalt (free of other waste)

We cannot accept:

• Contaminated soil

• Concrete mixed with other waste

• Hazardous materials, such as chemicals or painted masonry.

4. Can I mix masonry materials with other debris?

No, masonry materials must be kept separate from other waste types. Mixing materials like concrete or dirt with household or construction debris can result in additional handling and disposal restrictions.

We strictly prohibit hazardous materials in our dumpsters under any circumstances. These items cannot be accepted for safety, legal, and environmental reasons. If restricted or fee-based items are found in your dumpster, additional fees will apply for proper removal.

• Tires: $50 each

• Mattresses and Box Springs: $75 each

• Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners): $50 each

Each size has a specific weight limit:

• 10-yard dumpster: 2 tons (perfect for small cleanouts)

• 20-yard dumpster: 4 tons (ideal for mid-size renovations)

• 30-yard dumpster: 6 tons (best for large construction jobs)

Excess weight is charged at $130 per ton.
